Vision Your Dream is a custom furniture company that specializes in creating beautiful and functional pieces that are designed to fit your unique needs and style. By using Vision Your Dream’s services, or by placing an Order, you agree to these terms of use.

Definitions

• “Vision Your Dream” refers to Vision Your Dream, a custom furniture company.
• “Client” refers to the person or entity that uses Vision Your Dream’s services.
• “Services” refers to Vision Your Dream’s furniture design and manufacturing services.
• “Products” refers to the furniture that is designed and manufactured by Vision Your Dream.
• “Order” refers to a Client’s request for Vision Your Dream to design and manufacture Products.
• “Lead Time” refers to the estimated amount of time that it will take for Vision Your Dream to complete the Order.
• “Force Majeure Event” refers to any event or circumstance that is beyond the reasonable control of Vision Your Dream and that prevents Vision Your Dream from performing its obligations under the Order.

Acceptance

By using Vision Your Dream’s services, or by placing an Order, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you may not use Vision Your Dream’s services or place an Order.

Services

Vision Your Dream will provide furniture design and manufacturing services to Clients in accordance with the terms of the Order and the Lead Time. Vision Your Dream will use its best efforts to complete the services in accordance with the Client’s specifications and within the agreed-upon Lead Time. However, Vision Your Dream reserves the right to extend the Lead Time in the event of a Force Majeure Event.

Products

Vision Your Dream will design and manufacture Products for Clients in accordance with the terms of the Order and the Client’s specifications. Vision Your Dream will use the highest quality materials and construction methods to ensure that its Products are durable and meet the Client’s expectations. However, Vision Your Dream cannot guarantee that the Products will be exactly the same as the Client’s specifications, as there may be slight variations in color, size, and finish due to the nature of custom-made furniture.

Pricing

Vision Your Dream will charge for its services and Products in accordance with the pricing schedule set forth in the Order. Vision Your Dream reserves the right to change its pricing schedule at any time, without notice. However, any changes to the pricing schedule will not apply to existing Orders.

Payment

Clients must pay for Vision Your Dream’s services and Products in accordance with the payment terms set forth in the Order. Vision Your Dream accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.

Delivery

Vision Your Dream will deliver the Products to the Client’s specified location in accordance with the delivery terms set forth in the Order. Vision Your Dream reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for orders outside of its local delivery area.

Warranty

Vision Your Dream warrants that its Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. If a Product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Vision Your Dream will repair or replace the Product at its own expense. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse.

Limitation of Liability

Vision Your Dream’s liability for any damages arising from the services or Products is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the services or Products. Vision Your Dream is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Vision Your Dream makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this website or the information or content contained therein.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, and code, is the property of Vision Your Dream or its third-party licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use this content without the prior written permission of Vision Your Dream.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use this website for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You may not use this website to transmit any harmful or malicious code, or to engage in any other activity that could disrupt or damage the website or its operation.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms of use or from the Order will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be held in the city of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Entire Agreement

These terms of use and the Order constitute the entire agreement between Vision Your Dream and the Client and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Modification

Vision Your Dream may modify these terms of use at any time. The modified terms of use will be posted on Vision Your Dream’s website. However, any changes to the terms of use will not apply to existing Orders.

Governing Law

These terms of use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico.
